Daily fishing verdict · 2026-09-03
Partly sunny, water clearing — but oxygen is tough.
Flow is falling back after last night's rain — about 315 cfs now, down from an overnight peak near 425 — and turbidity is easing from 32.8 FNU, which is encouraging. The catch right now is dissolved oxygen under 4 mg/L — that's stressful for fish and will limit activity until it improves. Smallmouth are in the mix and a few early kings may be nosing in, but manage expectations and give it time.
