Water's at 70°F and flow is falling at 145 cfs with clarity going the wrong way — muddier today — but that dissolved oxygen reading of 3.3 mg/L is the real story. Smallmouth can't hold in those conditions long, so fish may be stressed or pushed into whatever oxygenated water they can find. I'd give it a shot, but temper expectations until that number climbs.
